The Minneapolis-based developer broke ground at the site Monday in its 610 Zane Business Park, along the northeast quadrant Hampshire and 93rd avenues and just south of Highway 610.
The project site, at 6500 93rd Ave. N., is just north of a residential neighborhood. Star Exhibits will be the first industrial user in Ryan’s 98-acre industrial office park. It will lease the 200,800-square-foot, one-story building from Ryan. The developer expects to complete the project by December, according to a press release sent Monday.
